Is this possible to create?

I'm a huge fan of the TV series Lost, and got all the episodes in digital format. I think all of season 1 is about 9.1GB so would that be able to fit on two DVDs? Then I was thinking, would it be possible to make a little intro screen that has a episode selection (ala chapter selection) as a way of selecting the .avi's on the disc? Sort of a custom DVD set?

Easily doable. I'm not up on all the free stuff (software) but everything you need is on videohelp. It should be really easy with a retail program. I've been very happy with Intervideo's WinDVD Creator Platinum. I've heard good things about Pinnacle too.
