Is this possible?? My TIVO and my network??

OK...My TIVO is connected to by network through a USB Wireless network card. On my computer, which is also connected to the same network, I have a DVD recorder. Is there a way for me to get into the TIVO unit through my network and make DVD copies of things I've recorded on my TIVO???
