by gaining weight i dont want to gain any body fat. i simply want to bulk up with muscle. is this possible in this amount of time? secondly, i would not like to deal with any drugs/substances such as steroids, or those that will fvck with my body at all.

how can i go about doing this? will gaining a lot of muscle sacrifice my ability to run or otherwise make me sluggish?

D-Bol ( Dianabol ) Mild Side effects..

You could pick up about 25 pounds in a 6 week cycle.. Protein / Creatine.

Not promoting steroids. You shouldn't do them..

Methandrostenolon (Dianabol, bionabol, anabolex) gains is mostly water weight, it's one of the ugliest steroids ever produced (with the possible exception of Halotestin), it isn't produced anymore except in homebrews...

Dianabol was given to a lot of elderly American women in the 40's to combat osteroposis, the side effects were even more horrible than the side effects on men (not strange as it is primarily an androgen)...

So, instead of trying to buy some possibly dangerous counterfeit steroid called dianabol on the street, just ask granma if she's got any left... ;)

I don't know why so many of you guys are saying he can't... it's not that unrealistic of a goal, especially at 16 when his testosterone is already so high. Of course you're going to gain some fat, but you could quickly lose those when you reach your goal. Just pick up lots of protein powder, and don't do this half assed.

I think the problem most people have is that he doesn't want to gain any fat... then it is impossible... To bulk you have to be prepared to add some fat...

Hmm i have to find a few links Snap, but i did my research paper on Steroids.. Dianabol is still produced and on a scale of 1-10 it seemed to be at the top compared to Andro.. Gains were substantial and able to be held...

Side effects were listed as a minimum.. Natural is the way to go though...

Well, I dont know much about this subject.. but I do know this--For years I weighed 145lbs and was 5"11. After about two weeks of adding one meal and working out two hours a day I am now 155lbs. I dont think much of it is fat.

i'm sure someone mentioned it but the only way is with some juice, sorry to burst your bubble.

edit; heh, theres no 'one' steroid that will get you that high anyway, you'll have to stack them to get a significant gain like you want, and change your diet (80%) (4000 cals a day), workout every day.. etc.. gets VERY expensive too.. side effects suck.. and you may (probably) will have a problem/side effect..

speakin from experience.. heh

Not really.

If he eats a solid 4 course meal plan high in protein, plus protein shakes + creatine.

Within 4 months he could gain about 15 pounds.. Add the juice.. 25 +

;)

:D

Is it still produced? I know it was discontinued in the late ninties and i have no idea why anyone would bring that horror of a steroid back on the market...

Compared to Andro-what? Androstendione? Well, the effect of Methandrostenolone on protein synthetis is much better than andro, i can agree on that.

but this is a steroid that has very many side effects (its widely known for it's affinity to aromatize), it causes liver damage if used for a long time (a side effect it shares with many oral steroids, simply because of the way it has to be made to be able to survive digestion, the liver has problems breaking down the methyl chain) it causes hair loss, prostate enlargment, gynecomastia, water retention, it disrupts the sodium-potassium pump (naturally as it causes water retention) and some people still blame it for stomach cancer (though that has never been confirmed)...

It is a dinosaur steroid, very old and very dangerous if taken in higher dosages, it used to come in 5mg small white round pills (called russian-fives here in Sweden)...

The only oral steroid that i can think of that i would rate on the upper tenth list and call a mild steroid with few side effects is Oxandrolone (oxandrolone is primarily Anabolic)...

When you're looking at side effects of steroids, look at the anabolic to androgenic ratio, Methandrostenolone has a 1/8 ratio while Oxandrolone has a 5/1 ratio...

Two hours a day is WAY to much, that will overtrain you in notime...

You have to train less than someone who is using steroids as you don't have the steroids to take care of the protein synthetis...

Maybe Halotestin in high dosages... but only if you enjoy cleaning your shower drain from lots of hair... ;)

I got my friend to join the gym with me. I've been working out for 8 years, and have been at my current size for a while. I have to work out hard to stay in shape. My friend used to just drink, but he'd always be built and cut without working out at all (his dad and his brother are the same way). Anyway, he starts going to the gym with me and goes from benching 175 to 265 in about a month and a half. Being that he's going to the gym with me and following my routine, he's not doing anything different. But instead of being naturally thin like me, he's naturally built.

The only people who discard the importance of genetics are the mislead.

Yes, having more fast twitch fibers to begin with is genetic, getting more of them has to do with training hard...

Most people would regard me as naturally thin, lord knows i was before i started working out, now it's been 15 years and lot's of training and i have seen others come and go during that time, not ready to bust their balls to get big and blamed it all on genetics...

If you read my post you would see that i said "to some extent it is true"... That means that when you start out, some will gain faster than others, but in the long run, genetics don't matter much (if you're not into competitions, then you need low lats and small hips)...

It's just like dieting, some will be able to loose weight much faster, but as percentages are coming down, both will be stuck at about the same points and need the same changes to be able to loose the rest...

After the first 10 years i was happy if i gained 2 pounds a year, gains are gains...

The only ones who pay attention to genetics are the ones not prepared to do what it takes to go beyond genetics...
