That's not even medium wtf. I ask people to cook my beef well sometimes and it still has a little pink to it. I was at a Japanese grill and people demanded that they cook it more after it was deemed "well." I got medium and it was pretty damn red to me.

That beef there is at least medium well if not well. Too damn brown already!.
 
That's well-done steak. Almost leather like well-done. You'll probably freak out if you ever saw rare or even medium steak.

I usually eat steak medium, but I don't pay attention to what it looks like inside. Also, I know that rare steaks made by people who know how to cook are always heated to the right temperature, whereas I have no idea what temperature my steak was heated to.
