Is this picture straight?

I had to adjust it a tad since i leaned a little to the left while taking the picture, but i think my eyes are playing tricks on me....

Is that straight up and down?

It's straight, but the focal point is off-center, which is why it looks tilted to you. When you took the pic you weren't centered well enough is all.

Edit: Another thing that is kind of throwing it off is that man on the left. It makes it look like you're more off than you actually were (probably 6 inches to a foot at the very most).
