Nah, it's not photoshopped. See, the optical nerve that runs from the back of the retina and connects to the brain is really really REALLY long. It's just all coiled up behind the eye, nice and neat. Like a firehose or something.

DEFINITELY PHOTOSHOPPED.

Look in the three red boxes. Same pixels for the eye sockets. This guy used the clone stamp tool to fill in the eye sockets.

The subject pinched his cheeks and then superimposed eyes on them, then clone stamp was used to rub out the real eyes, sampling skin from the forehead.
