Is this PC worth it?

do you know that you can build a better PC for around $500. Don't buy until it has at least a quad-Core CPU and 8GB RAM with 500GB HDD minimum if you want to game. And its over priced judging by the specs of this pc in your link.

Crikey. That takes me back. As the others said, that computer is quite dated. The CPU dates back to 2006 and the GPU dates from 2008. It's not very useful for playing modern games.

Not sure what your budget is, or how component pricing is in the land of Kiwis, sheep and atheist star gazers. Though I think I could probably slap together something that will outperform that for a reasonable amount of money.

Intel Pentium G3250 3.2ghz - $55
nVidia GeForce GTX 750 2GB - $110
ASRock H81M-DGS R2.0 motherboard - $46
G.SKILL NS Series 8GB DDR3-1600 (2x 4GB) $41
Rosewill I5-397-BK - ATX Mid Tower case with included 450w power supply $50
Windows 8.1 Home 64-bit $100

Prices in US Dollars. Works out to be twice the price of the one you linked, but it's at least four times the computer. If you want to go lower, check out some used systems that date from around 2012 to present.
