I was on anywho.com and i jokingly typed in Ozzy Osbourne into the search part where you can look up peoples name. It came back with this

Yeah thats what i thought.. i ran a search on the other houses on that street and they were all like 300K+ , so its definlty in a nice neighboorhood

In some parts of CA, $300k just ensures that the house has indoor plumbing!
