Is this online software store legit?

I found this (Adobe Acrobat XI Standard) for $149 while searching Google shopping:

The same exact product costs $279 on Amazon. Is the first store selling straight up pirated software, or is there really some loophole/gray area of licensing that allows them to sell that for nearly half of MSRP?

There are only three reviews on Resellerratings.com. Two of them were posted on the same day and look similar enough in message that they seem fairly fake to me. The other one looks legitimate and reports that the license key was fake.
