Planning to get a new pc to replace my socket A

This is the build:-
AMD64 3000
ABIT kN8 ultra ,NF4ultra
geforce 6800GS 256mb
Samsung 80GB SATA3.0 300mps
Cooler Master 430W 1pci-e, 2 SATA
2x512mb ram DDR400 PC3200 Kingston

Also plan to add in a water cooler and 2 harddisk from my previous build:-
Samsung 40GB 5400rpm ATA
WD 40GB 7200rpm ATA

So is there any bottlenecking?
How will this build fare in window VISTA?
I have thought about buying a Aopen 7800GT but i afraid that the card will be useless once directx10 come out.
About the psu, do i need to find 1 that have a pci-e? because the 6800GS had an additional power slot.
