Is this OK Temperature for GeForce Video Card?

I have visiontek GeForce 3 Ti/200 card, and it's current temperature reading is like 33.4 C. (I have a temperature probe on top of the card, well, actually on the back side of the chip itself, you know when you install the card the chip is facing downward, and I have the probe on top of the card behind the chip)

My current CPU temperature is like 30.1 C.

Is this an okay temperature for the video card? I even have a blowhole blowing air in right at the video card....

Thanks.

Silicon is fine until about 75 deg. C

People debate this a lot, so if youre under 60 then theres nothing to worry about at all.

It is actually on the backside of the card, just touching the card where the chip is on the other side.

I moved the probe closer to the area where the chip is on the otherside of the card, and now the temperature is like 36 C. I even have Thermaltake Crystal Orb and Artic Silver 3 on the GPU....

you know, I have often wondered why they don't put the chip on the other side of the card... since heat rises I would think it would cool better that way.. plus it would allow for bigger coolers without blocking an extra PCI slot..
