this was first my overclocked rig:

Abit NF7-S, unmodded D24 bios, Vdd:1.6v
XP2600+ Tbred-B @ 2200Mhz (200*11) Vcore:1.70v....With Stock HSF
Corsair XMS2700C2 2x256MB DC @ 400Mhz DDR, 2-3-3-11 Vdimm:2.9v (real 2.96v)
GF4 Ti4200 250/513.
Samsung 80GB PATA.
WInXP Pro SP1.

well, i've been really surprised, and very happy as well with my OC'ed system, my two memory modules XMS2700C2 (not twins) are running entirely stable in dual channel mode, I ran Prime95 during 3 hours with FSB @ 205Mhz 2-3-3-11 Vdimm:2.9v (real 2.96v) without any error. but what really concerns to me right now, and this is in fact my reason for posting is:

p.s. maybe i can ramp up more than 210mhz with cas2.5.

Is the Vdimm voltage running so high? here at corsair says it is dangerous ramping up voltage over 2.8v.

will the memory suffer a considerable lifespan cut or a sudden death?

Take into acoount my case never reaches more than 36º after workload. (e.g. gaming)
The system is running under all settings mentioned in the first post.

You have a very conservative overclock there. I would keep pushing it. 🙂
Your memory voltage is fine.
CPU vcore is pretty low actually, no problem there.
As long as it will run prime95 its fine temp wise.
 
dont touch your vdimm anymore.. That is the only thing I would be worried about, but the RAM has a lifetime warranty so.. =/
 
Your OC is fine, only way to significantly shorten the life of your CPU is high voltages and/or rediculously high temps (over 70c).

Even then its debatable how much life is shaved off of the cpu.
 
That's one of the best memory overclocks I've ever seen. Don't worry about the voltage. There are people running DFI boards that pump 3.3v through their memory.

As for the CPU, I would honestly go for higher. 1.75v is the sweet spot for Athlon XP chips, and 1.80v is feasable. I would say that you should be good for 2300mhz, maybe more. The only problem is the stock HSF. If the extra 100mhz is worth $20 to you, I would suggest investing in a better HSF.
