i sent the hard drive that i found to maxtor... with a standard rma and it was delivered on tuesday... and i checked on the website and it says "Awaiting receipt of the returned drive." and its been a few days.. i sent it ups... and it already arrived... i got proof of it.. but i called up the hotline just now.. and they are closed... so i dont know what the deal is...
 
i've sent a hard drive in to WD before and received the RMA before they even knew they received the drive 😕
 
so is it possible that they sent it out as soon as they got it???? but how come it shows that it hasnt been recieved yet?

Wow you sent yakko to Maxtor and the poor guy is just sitting in the receiving department all boxed up? 😕😀
