I have been trying to order a case from Newegg.com for over a month now. My birthday was on October 1st, and I was going to order it then. It was out of stock. It would keep on saying that the ETA was 5 days later. It kept on doing this up to today. Now, today it says that it wont be in until Monday. Is this normal for oders on Newegg?
 
I'd assume no.. but something similar happened to me.

They just didn't include the case in my order when it was out of stock though... I skimmed over the receipt and didn't notice it was gone. Two days later when I was checking the orders tracking status, I noticed there was no case... ofcourse I had to wait until morning to get the CC to order the parts. But that wasn't too bad.

Lots of Luck with that.....
I tried auto notification like 3 or 4 times and was never notified.
So I gave up...but you may have better luck.......
