Is this Normal for Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R Rev 2 MB

When computer has reached operating temp 35 C it always fails at the Bios if you have to restart. This is regardless if I am overclocking or not. Display halts when posting and displays message that the system is failing due to overclocking and you must then go into the Bios, reset everything, then reboot. This time it will post/load O/S almost 100% of the time. In addition the Built in gigabiyte LAN card will only operate at 100MB. Both malfunctions have been happening since the board was new! When it makes it to Win 7 (64Bit) it operates normally. I have had success OC to about 3.75 Ghz, but that is it. I have run Prime 95 over nite and mem is OK. Think it would be worth a RMA back to Gigabyte. Thanks

All i can say is that mine does not experience any of these issues.

The only time mine ever displays the "overclock failed" message is if i lose power while its on or if you shut it down by holding the power button instead of shutting down properly.
Even then i can just go into the bios and all my settings are still there, so i can just save and exit. (i've never needed to load defaults to get it to start)
And i'm running a pretty good OC on my 920 @ 4.2ghz

And I've had zero issues with the gigabyte lan.
