I have been running the built-in performance benchmark in FEAR and, using Riva Tuner, I have noticed my GPU usage will fluctuate between 60-100%. Is this normal? Does it have something to do with the GPU throttling down for simple-rendering? I have a 4.1GHz Q9650, so I don't think I am CPU bottlenecked anywhere.

Also, my minimum FPS will fluctuate by 40 fps during multiple runs - ranging between 60-100 fps as the reported "min fps". Is this normal? Thanks for any help!
I am using Catalyst 8.11 w/ AI enabled.
