When everything is said and done, using IPS, QOS, and AV, the damn thing does 7.8Mbps, down from 20Mbps without AV and done from 389Mbps at default (nothing running)

Is it normal to expect such pathetic numbers out of such an appliance, or is AV not really considered a crucial part of a UTM-appliance's role?
