Is this normal? 145 FSB but memory clock of 133 Mhz??

I am running an AXIA 1 Ghz @ 1.45 Ghz (10 x 145) on an IWILL KK266 ver 1.2 w/ 256 Mosel Vitalic (rated 157 at 2-2-2). The DRAM clock says 133 Mhz at POST, what's going on here??

I'm sure thats just what your settings are posting, not the real bus speed.
