Not sure if this is brand new or not but if so it is a great step in the right direction. All OEM'S should have such a policy.

How is this related to the company you referred to? It is a standard code of conduct that applies to all suppliers. Spin it how you choose but thats what you do best anyway right?
 
Might as well troll the console gaming, PC hardware, and gadgets & phones boards. Foxconn makes parts for all those.
