Going to be emailing someone from work, have not met them or spoke with them in person yet, the first name is "Aydin", the last name is next to impossible to pronounce. At first I assumed male then certain publications from this person suggested it is possibly a female. (can't explain here)

anyways, anyone know which ethnicity this name is and have an Idea? or should i just avoid using any type of titles such as Mr or Mrs, etc

Why would you use a Mr or Mrs when emailing a co-worker. Just use the first name.
