Is it any good? It seems to be both 754 and 939 and a great deal. Can't find any reviews on the big sites though...

Check this site out http://www.asrock.com/ and if you do enough research on the www you will probably find that ASRock is the less expensive side of Asus!!

According to one review, the board performs fine (both 754 and 939 cpus were tested). But it has no agp/pci lock for overclocking.
