Take the letter to your local USPS and see if they say it is a form letter that they normally send out.

If you really did ship an item on the basis of that email please disconnect your internet and throw your PC out the window, you've no business being anywhere near a computer. You might even be a candidate for dumbest ATOTer of the year award.
