***is this mobo fried for good??

i recently fried my abitkt7 and i tried everything to see if it still works, but it doesn't seem to...perhaps someone can give me a pointer here..dumb me dropped a screw onto the board (it was off, however), shorted some components, and the computer booted, but nothing happened however....here's the situation: when i power on, there's still power running through the mobo, as the power led indicator still lights; the north, southern chipsets, and duron processor all "run" since they get warm; however, there's no video signal coming out of video card. i have swapped many parts in and out and they indicate the mobo is "faulty"...i have even tried resetting the cmos jumper..but still no luck...so this is the questions: is there still any hope of this board working?? I appreate any inputs you guys have.
