Is this mobo/cpu combo a good deal?

Not a particularly great deal IMO. If it was a retail 1800+, maybe. You can buy these components seperately at Newegg.com for about the same price (maybe for $3 more). If I were you, I would save another $75 and buy a nice NForce2 mobo (like an EPoX 8rda+ for $85 or a Shuttle MN31N for $95 or any of a number of others) and get a retail Athlon Barton 2500+ for $90). You will be much happier for much longer...what kinda memory you got?
