is this memory speed acceptable?

i'm building a system the main components of which are

CPU......Core i7 860
MB........Gigbyte ga-p55-udb
GPU......Radeon hd 4890
PSU......OCZ stealthxtreme 600w
OS........Win 7 64 bit home prem
HDD......Western digital caviar black 750Gb

It is to be used mainly for 3D rendering with 3dsMax.

I was think of 2 kits of these at 8Gb

i am no expert on memory and was curious if the timings are acceptable for a high mid range machine or am i bottlenecking/over speccing?

Are you planning on overclocking the cpu? If no, then you're gonna be fine.
