is this memory dual channel ?

yup. it's awesome ram actually...only problem is a lot of people have had issues with it dieing after a few months

Dual channel is a property of the memory controller..not the ram..dual channel kits are a marketing gimmic, it's 2 sticks of the same ram that have been tested together, it's not really any differant than by 2 sticks of the same ram separatly other than they are packaged together and supposedly tested in dual channel.

In any case, should work perfectly fine on your DFI motherboard.
