I actually have that memory, with the P4P800-DLX BIOS 1016 which doesn't let me change the memory clock speeds, and it's at 2-4-4-8 right now.
I had to buy it because it was a great price when I bought it for $180, and they have a lifetime warranty and no restocking fee.
