So I watched some episodes of trigun at a friend's place and I wanted to see how much the box set would cost... best buy has it for about $150, which for 26 episodes seems a little unreasonable, but then again the markup on things at BB is pretty big... SOOO I figured amazon would be about 120 or much better. Nope. $180. But then something that I usally pass up caught my eye... "15 new and used for $26.99!! HOLY CRAP, that's about 1/6th cost! The add says it's new and factory sealed and that it plays on all DVD players (seemingly region free, but that doesn't matter much because powerDVD can play all regions...)
Is this some movie pirate selling the "malaysian cut" of the DVDs, or is it possible that it really is that cheap because it's imported or something..?
