I tried some last weekend. I'd never buy it (or any energy drink) but it was interesting. It leaves a burning aftertaste in your throat, almost like heartburn.

The article doesn't say they're investigating if it's an alcoholic beverage, it says they're investigating whether it meets their standards for non-alcoholic beverages.
