Is this legal in California?

This is about what kind of locks are required on a tenant's door in CA. I thought I read somewhere that it was required to have a regular lock in the handle, plus a deadbolt that could only be opened from the inside. My apartment only has the lock in the handle. Does that violate some code?

dont know the law, but my apartments have always had a door lock and deadbolt in cali...(the deadbolt can be opened from the outside with another key though)
