Is this LeadTek card good choice for my new system.

I am building new system,only item left is Video card. Open to suggestion other than card i am looking at, the LeadTek Winfast A250 TD - TI4400.Is it a good fit or maybe??

System is Asus P4S333 MB, Intel 1.6A, 512MB Corsair PC2700 using Windows 2000.

Leadtek is my preferred brand and I will be sticking to them for all of my future nVidia based video card purchases because I'm extremely pleased with my GF3 Ti500. As a result I would highly recommend you getting a Leadtek branded board.

Yes, the Leadtek is an excellent brand. I had a Leadtek Ti500 and loved it. My Ti4600 will be arriving today!!! Their heatsinks are definately different from other brands. Come on, get the Ti4600. It's only MONEY!!! haha Kent

Yes ,I`m only using a Leadtek GF2 Ti card and the 2d quality is very good,they have improved their 2d quality since the old days,I would have no problem buying a Leadtek GF4 model.
