Hmmm, I think i'm gonna set a CPU Warning Temp in my BIOS. What's a good temp to set since I don't really know whats considered dangerous..? 50C/122F, 53C/127F, 56C/133F, 60C/140F, 63C/145F, 66C/151F, 70C/158F?

i think 56 would be a good spot to set it, but it wouldnt hurt your cpu unless it got to above like 70 or so

Your temp is absolutely fine.

I set my warning temp to 45, but that is becuase its a tbird 700, that normally runs 36C. I was messing around today running fanless (underclocked & undervolted ;)) and it is stable at 56c (the highest it got under load) :)

that's definitely a safe temperature. even if you started stressing your cpu, it wouldnt go above 55 (as long as you have adequate cooling), which is still safe.

My XP 1700+ averages around 35 degrees celcius. And that's with $90 worth of cooling (Alpha PAL8045+Delta 80mm+Arctic Silver II thermal compound). So I think you're fine.
