Is this heatsink config good?

I plan to have the following config...please give comments

1. TBird900 oc to 1.1G
2. Copper cold plate
3. 72W peltier
4. Hedgehog HS
5. Delta Fan (loud one)

use Artic Silver
use foam to prevent condensation.

What do you guys think?

Too loud for me. The hedgehog is pretty good but it is far delicate as it is soft and it is heavy and expensive.

I would like to modify an Alpha PEP66T to have the fan stand up with a Y.S Tech fan or a Panaflo but that is my opinion.
