I was looking into getting new headphones, my old Labtec LT-835 broke when i put them into my backpack one day, not bad headphones, but dont want to buy same ones again. I was looking at bestbuy.com, found nice altec lansing ones, same brand as my desktop speakers, which are very nice, This is the headsetit's 40, which i dont think is to bad, anyone own this particular one, or know anything good/bad about it?
Also I can't seem to get my Stereo Sound to work, i think it has something to do with how my front audio ports are hooked up to my motherboard, i had messed with them a little bit, to try to get microphone to work in front, which failed, so now my mic is in back, but my headphone and speaker port is in front, the other one on each side does not work, would anyone know from experiance how i would hook up the cord from the front to get it to all work in the front with stereo, it has 5 little plugs L Data R Data Mic Data Mic Ground and Output ground, or something like that on my mother board there is the port which i plug into but it has room for alot more plugs, it goes like this: :'::: the apostrophe is supposed to be a dot just at top, anyone know how i would hook it up right?
