Sometimes, when I hit back button on IE while browsing, it gives me the html source code of the page. Is this happening to anyone of you?

edit: oops i mean windows xp.
 
On mine there's a small pixel at the bottom corner of some webpages, when I click on it it takes me into the Deparment of Defense Website.
