I'd stay away if you are paying very much. He has quite a few low budget items, and the comment Reply by ntbpcs: We are building an account for a new partner. Our MAIN account is "in_camera" concerns me....

If it's only 31 bucks, it's an acceptable risk. However, when buying large items 80+ positive only.

I'd probably steer clear. After being on ebay the last activity was in 1999 until they changed the ID and began listing like crazy soon after and buying cheap items to boost feedback. Looks fishy.
