Is this good?

Most answers can be found by simply searching the forum first. I would say 3.2ghz is pretty safe if you have good cooling such as the Tuniq 120 or the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme. Anything over 3.4ghz with the B stepping is pushing it on air although maybe still possible to hit 3.6ghz.

To answer your question op, thats all on what cooling your running. What board you have. And how long you want your hardware to last.
