i bought the DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D Socket 939 and i got Crucial 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) ram and i hear that the dfi's are really picky about the ram any one tell me if this would be ok ram for it

i wouldnt put "value"anything in that board. gskill is also good for that board. questions about ram go to dfi-street.com the ram list is there as far as whats been tested and so forth.

pqui turbo works well on this board? i have the stuff for my new comp already but i havent had time to assemble it yet. pqi turbo memory and the dfi ultra-d are two of the things i have.

Pick the ram according to the multiplier on your 939...

If its a 3000+ winnie which has a 9X multi, you want something with TCCD. I prefer G.Skill PC 4400LE for this.. Hits 300 with low volta, 2.5,4,4 timings. Some can even do 2.5,3,3 @ 300.

If you have a 3200+ which has a 10X multi, go for the new OCZ GOld PC3200, which is basically BH-5.. $173 at the egg.. good stuff. Does 260 @ 2.2.2.8 @ 3.4v.
