Video card's good, though deals on the X800XL are pretty good now too (you can get them for around $300) and you don't take much of a performance hit at all.

The expensive RAM's probably a waste; check this.

If you're going for A64 and want the best OC, I think the G. SKill LE'S PC4400 are the best for that. They're around $280 but they are MAD GOOD for OCing.

Leadtek is good for $445 but I would pump a bit more and get an ULTRA if you're going to spent that much money in the first place.

Read Zebos post on Memory you can go with the fancy stuff I did. But wish that I had know that there would be almost NO performance increase you can save $100.00 or more just on that. Also look in the Hot deals forum you can get at Evga 6800GT for $379.00 that may be AGP only you will have to check.

If you arre overclocking don't get Value RAM. Get some Patriot RAM w/ XBL. It overclocks very well and is pretty cheap. May want to go with the DFI board too. If you can afford it I might go with a 3200+. Mainly for the 10x multiplier. What cooling are you planning on getting? What other components you plan on getting?

You should be able to find a better deal on a 6800GT. Or just get the X800XL for $280-300.
