Under the Terms and Conditions they have this stipulation:

2.2 The User shall not transmit, access or communicate any data that infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party; nor shall they transmit or communicate any data that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

You can't really download any music or movies, because most have copyrights.

I would hold off on calling it names. Subscribe first, and then see what they're offering. Something tells me they got tons of stuff there. But what stuff? Nobody knows till they subscribe I guess. But you have to enter your CC info there.

and they want to charge you $33 to find out...I was going to sign up using a Discover GC that still has $5 on it...but I am not going to waste $33 just to cure my curiosity
 
They probably just give you a link to Gnutella or something like that. Just like on ebay where people sell you information on how to get a bigscreen tv for $30 *rolls eyes*
 
I noticed that their "up to date" stat on users online is fake. It seems to randomly jump by several hundred thousand users, always to the same numbers.
