Is this for real?

We have a discussion thread at DVInfo.net about the A-HD (not this particular camera). The picture on that unit is really good unless almost every element in the picture is moving. Then you get macroblocking in places. The audio sucks. The DOF is about 5' to inf. BUT, it still is under $150.

You will get what you pay for, but the picture is better than the price. This is a great option for Youtube anywhere stuff. It is the first "party cam" video recorder (you know, if you forgot it, you would not kill yourself like you did if you left your 40D laying about.)

I would consider playing with one as a frame mount cam for mountain biking if I actually had an idle $150 laying about.
