In most cases, if you have to do any more assembly than bolting the legs in then it will suck.

Also, I wouldn't order online because most of those tables are lighter.

lighter tables will wiggle when you move the players and not only wear down the table but screw up the perfect shot :)

:Q Uh... WOAH! I just noticed that! And the number of players per bar/position are all farked up too. The player placement should look like this.

Hehe. I think the players looking in the wrong direction had to do with wrong assembly than actual product. Just switch the teams and they face the right way. :p

I recomend the Harvard tournament series. Not as good as the Tornado brand. But for around $250 a good value. Its big, heavy, and the bars are solid metal (really important) Cup holders to! Look at your local Sears store they usually carry these.

More or less the heavier and bigger, the better.

It looks like crap, stay away from it.

I've played on about 4-5 different tables and the only decent one so far is Fabi-Torino. Very solid table (we have 2 in your common room. One is 1.5 yo one gets played for about 6hours a day, yet it still doesn't have any probs). Good for fast ball and with the proper ball (slightly worn) also good for doing moves.

Other than Fabi, I've heard good things about Tornado tables. Bonzini tables look like they may be the best out there, but they're expensive.
