Is this fan telling the truth?

Found a 120mm fan on eBay with the following spec's. Price: $5.24 USD

• Speed: 2000 RPM
• Voltage: DC 10.2~13.8V
• Current: 0.45 A(MAX)
• Power: 5.4 W
• Connector: 4-Pin power
• Noise ratio: 39db
• Bearing: Sleeve Bearing
• Dimensions: 120 x 120 x 25 mm(L x W x H)
• Weight: 117g

Seller is located in Taipei, Taiwan
You think this is fake or not telling the correct spec's for CFM or db?

Those specs don't sound unreasonable to me. I wouldn't use it on anything critical like on a cpu heatsink.

it seems loud for a 78 CFM fan but other then that it looks normal

No model name is supplied or manufacturer although in the picture the brand "CZF" is written. Not sure if that is going to be what comes in the mail though.
