Is this fan any good?

I'm refering to the "PC Air Cool Fan" on top of page.
Anyone have any experiences w/ this kinda fan? Is it worth $20?
Or would it be just as effective to place couple of 80mm fans w/in the case?

phlashphire, what are you hoping to accomplish w/ that fan? I agree w/ Yucky that it doesn't move much air. You might want to consider this 2CoolTek - Super Duper Slot Fan. It moves approx. 15cfm of air. I have one next to a GeForce MX card (it has heatsink, no fan) and it helps keep the video card cool, as well as move more air through my case.

Thanks for the responses, well the main goal is to lower the ambient temperature of my case, currently I have a GORB on o/c cele (566@850). Also have a v3 2k w/ fan on hs. Trying to find the best cooling solution using fans.
