find her car, smash out her window and fill the interior with crushed glass...lots of it.

It will take you a couple weeks to clean out her car.

Enjoy

just go directly to the police, make her pay either way, why put your a$$ out there to try to save her a$$? no need to play nice the second she threw the bottle out the window.

BTW...if what you are talking about is actually extortion then most lawyers should be in jail already.

no, they wouldnt (unless they are employeed as a public official) 😉

You should read the definition of "public official." "Public official" means any person holding a legislative, executive, administrative or judicial office, whether appointed or elected; any other person who performs a public function or provides a public service; any other person defined as a public official in the domestic law.

As "Officers of the Court," lawyers are most definately 'Public Officials."

You didn't call the police right there why? Over here, if such a thing occurs, you just have to dial #77 on your cellphone for the aggressive driving hotline.

Throwing glass bottles out of the window is far beyond aggressive driving. The hotline for that is 911.
If there is an aggressive hotline there should also be one for people who are too passive or stupid to be driving on the roads. Ex: Going 10 under the speed limit in the "fast" lane (or even 5 under for a certain amount of time), driving with the cell phone (Usually slower reactions and a bit more work to stay controlled), not accelerating when they pull out in front of you, etc.
