I always wondered something. So say today, I took out the trash, and I had to take 5 different bags out. So I grab a bag, run down 3 flights of stairs, outside to the dumpster, then back up 3 flights of stairs to the apartment, grab another bag, and repeat. When I'm done, I'm sweating, but I'm also kind of stressed - it wasn't something I wanted to be doing. But my heart is pounding, I'm sweating, and I definitely need a shower.
Was this exercise? Or was this just a stressful activity that wasn't good for me because I knew I had to do it, so I was only focusing on getting it done and not on getting exercise?
