Yes, it is. If you click a link, the computer will start to download it while you're navigating to where you want to save the file. It only actually counts the time between when you click the save button and when the download finishes.

Actually, it was right click, save as.

Same thing applies though. The moment you click the "save as" button, it starts to download. But it won't measure the time until you actually click the final "save" button.

How long do you think it takes me to right click, save as and then save? Usually I don't get better than 120kb/s.
