Ok, so yeah, I was looking for the by now infamous LL pics, and came across a link to an eBay auction...is that legal?

I believe selling Pornography is legal under Ebays rules, but in this case, I would have to say it is not legal only because she is a minor.

If they aren't sexual in nature, yeah. The thing is it has to be determined non-sexual by every authority figure with jurisdiction, and I guarantee at least one of them thinks nudity = erotica.


EDIT: Because she's underage. Forgot to mention that for those who don't know. Selling porn on eBay is 100% legal; it's all just hidden in a section off of "Everything Else"

I was only speaking to the legality of the issue. But yes, eBay has decided to unilaterally wash their hands of anything that could have even the remotest possibility of being child pornography.

Yeah, there's a few of them. I might just be naturally skeptical but most seem like only semi-decent photoshops. One or two do look pretty real though, and a google image search turned up none of the pre-photoshop pictures I expected to find, which would prove the edited ones were fakes. Maybe someone with some knowledge of PS & photo editing could comment?
