is this enough power?

i have a antec case that comes w/ a 350W PSU, will this be enough power to avoid crashes and any other problems. my build is:
AMD 64 300+ Venice
MSI 6600GT
Seagate 120GB hard drive
2x512 Corsair Value Memory
MSI K8N Neo4-F Socket 939
Sony Floppy Drive
Lite-On DVD burner
Samsung 930B LCD

Amperage ratings on the PSU's rails? (This is listed on the back or side of the PSU).

Antec's "TruePower", "SmartPower", and "NeoPower" PSUs are all pretty good. But some of their lower-end ones, um, aren't.

But unless your PSU is a real dog, it would run that system without a problem. You have all of about 150W worth of stuff.

Agree. It should be fine unless the 12V rail is really wimpy, like less than 15A. I have almost the same setup, but with two hard drives and an X700 Pro. I checked power consumption with a Seasonic Power Angel. At the AC power plug, it uses 85W idle and 150W under load.
