Is this enough power?

So, building a new system. I need to know if an Antec TruePower 380W PS generates enough juice for the following setup:

Athlon64 3500+ (Venice)
MSI K8N Neo4-F motherboard
Kingston Valueram 1GB dual-channel DDR400
Samsung 160GB SATA HD
GeForce 6600GT
Chaintech PCI sound card (VIA Envy)
Pioneer Dual-Layer DVD writer
Samsung DVDROM/CDRW combo drive
Floppy drive (don't laugh!)
2 120mm case fans w/speed control

Thanks in advance for answers.

You want at least 25Amps on the 12V rail(s) for current systems.

That PSU will run your system (it has 24Amps on its 12V rail), but you'll be better off either getting at least the Truepower 430W, or the newer TruepowerII 380W, since both of these supplies more current on the 12V rail(s) --> 32Amps for the TruepowerII 380W, and 26Amps for the Truepower 430W.

This part confuses me. You say "current systems." What exactly do you mean when you say this? I doubt that a Sempron 3100 with integrated graphics and a single 80gb hard drive needs as much power as an fx-55 with dual 6800 ultras in sli and two WD Raptors in Raid 0. In fact, I know it doesn't. Where is the threshhold?

I wish there was a way to see how much power each device in a system needed so I could figure it out myself. Yes, I know about Takaman's Power Supply Calculator, but its list of components is far from complete.
